The 2023 Anomaly Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh black cherry, violet, rose petal, and black currant. Silky and energetic, it reveals notes of pomegranate, cherry compote, and toasted baking spice. The midpalate showcases a velvety texture supported by well-integrated, structured tannins. The finish is persistent, lingering with notes of cassis and dark cocoa.
