Steve & Linda Goldfarb | Accidental Vinters
The year was 1997, and Steve & Linda were happily commuting to San Francisco every day to work at Steve’s law firm. As beautiful as the scenery was crossing the Bay Bridge, when the 20-minute commute from their home in Berkeley became a 2-hour commute in each direction, they began exploring other options – enter the Napa Valley. A home with six rows of Cabernet vines presented itself to them… they couldn’t resist. They traded in their yellow legal pads for crush pads and call themselves, “Accidental Vintners.” Fifteen years later, they love their 20-yard commute to the winery, the only traffic being their three devoted rescue dogs, Danny, Fozzy and Ollie; and they have happily not looked back.
Mark Porembski | Winemaker
Mark joined Anomaly in 2002 as Assistant Winemaker, and in 2005, Mark took over the reins as the Winemaker for Anomaly Vineyards. Prior to coming to Anomaly, Mark was the Assistant Winemaker to Les Behrens and Lisa Drinkward at Behrens & Hitchcock/Erna Schein Winery on Spring Mountain in St. Helena. Mark, and his wife, Jennifer Williams, have their own Cabernet Sauvignon and Trousseau Gris label, Zeitgeist Cellars. They reside in Yountville with their daughters, Kiran, Cecilia, and Evelyn.

Seth Goldfarb | General Manager
Seth Goldfarb, GM, joined the Anomaly team in September of 2007, intending to claim what he believed was his birthright. Instead, he was put to work scrubbing tanks, rinsing bins, and mixing yeast. Raised on the mean streets of Berkeley, Seth likes to believe he provides Anomaly with the street cred it had been lacking.
When he is not corresponding with the Anomaly mailing list or working in the cellar, he spends his down time chasing his son, 11-year old Everett, while his daughter, 14-year old Josie, works on her singing and acting career.

T.J. Shushereba | Director of Hospitality & National Sales
T.J. joined the Anomaly team in June of 2015 as the Director of Hospitality and National Sales. He brings with him a wealth of hospitality experience, a genuine enthusiasm, and a love for interacting with people. His devotion to the industry stemmed from managing and opening luxury boutique hotels all across the country. From the Redbury Hotel in Hollywood California to the the SLS Hotel South Beach in Florida, to most recently the Villagio Inn & Spa in Yountville. He has spent the last 2 years in the Napa Valley harnessing his incredible passion for wine.
